Location: Downes Ballroom at the Corbett Family Hall, University of Notre Dame.

Mid-West Family South Bend agrees to provide:

Selected table space - 8 x 6 or a booth of 10 x 10 space if selected
8x6 Table: Provide table, linen and skirting, 2 chairs
10x10 Booth: Table, linen and skirting, 2 chairs, backdrop, and side rail skirting
Remote broadcast on Sunny, The Ton, & LIVE during Wedding Expo
Featured once on the Wedding Expo Instagram & Facebook pages (@MichianaWeddingExpo)
Business name and link on Michiana Wedding Expo website, click through to business’ website. (www.michianaweddingexpo.com)
Maintenance, cleaning and security throughout the duration of the wedding event. Mid-West Family South Bend is not liable for any losses due to theft or vandalism. Mid-West Family South Bend will not be responsible for any injuries sustained, or losses incurred.

Participant Agrees:

To decorate your designated table with items and materials sold by your business. NO ITEMS FROM ANY OTHER BUSINESS CAN BE INCLUDED IN YOUR DISPLAY OR DISTRIBUTED AT THE SHOW. YOU CANNOT SUB-LEASE YOUR BOOTH.
ALL items and signage must remain inside your table area. MWFSB has the right to ask for removal of items that violate these restrictions.
To remain at your table during the wedding expo. Exhibitors are not permitted to distribute items or solicit business outside of the confines of their table without special permission from MWFSB. Exception granted to limousine vendor located at entrance to Joyce Center.
Add $50 to promote your Door Prize giveaway on our Wedding Expo Instagram & Facebook pages (@MichianaWeddingExpo) and website (michianaweddingexpo.com) leading up to the event.
Not to lend out, sell, barter, reproduce or allow any unauthorized use of the mailing list of wedding expo attendees. It is further mutually agreed and understood that any unauthorized use of this list causes damage to the MWFSB Stations, that the actual amount of damage would be difficult to determine and, therefore, at our option, MWFSB may pursue action to seek judgment at law for $1,500 for each permitted unauthorized use, such being the agreed and stipulated damage.
If you are a restaurant providing samples to attendees, the Health Department does require a $30 sampling fee for that day. Deadline is Jan 13th.

Payments:

Payments are to be made in three (3) installments:

$100 non-refundable deposit upon return of contract
Half of remaining balance due before December 20th, 2023
Final balance before January 21st, 2024.

In view of the value-added items involved (promotional announcements, etc.), I fully understand and agree that this contract is firm and cannot be cancelled after December 20th, 2023.
